I have always loved the satisfied hiss of air brakes on big trucks when they reach journeys end. Today, I liked the sound even more; it meant we had arrived. "Would you like some refreshments?" asked Miguel; "there's a café over the road." "Yes that would be wonderful," I answered, "but I'm worried about the horses, they need to stretch their legs."
