Central Portugal Project Management

Buying and renovating a property in Portugal can be a frustrating, time consuming and expensive if you don't speak the language and don't have the contacts for reliable builders and well priced quality materials.

We at Central Portugal have the experience, contacts, speak the language and can oversee projects from planning to completion.

Guiding you through the possibilities, make suggestion and propose alternatives.

We work with a builder/designer in the U.K. (Simon Bennett 0044 (0)1273 687537) who is more than happy to chat about the possibilities available. He is particularly knowledgeable about modern materials and building methods, designing kitchen and bathrooms.

We can arrange and contract architects, builders, plumbers, and electricians. Apply for building permissions, licences, and arrange for the connections to amenities.

You may have work or other commitments back in your home country, and while you are away, we will send photos and keep in contact, giving progress reports at every stage.

We offer the possibility to visit examples of completed work from the builders before you commit, so you are able see the quality of work.

Have a look below at the before and after pictures of one of the renovations we have recently undertaken.
