This pretty little cottage is situated in a cobbled alleyway close to the centre of the village and just 5 minutes walk from the river for swimming & fishing.
The cottage has a kitchen with dining table, sink, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and washing machine. A shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. On the first floor is the living room with woodburner, 2 sofas, one of which is a double sofa-bed. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed.
Vila Cova de Alva has small shops and 3 bars. Coja and Avo have restaurants, larger shops, banks, etc. River beaches, waterfalls, good walking, fishing and horse-riding are all nearby. 1 hour drive to beach.
Prices in euros:
High Season (Easter to end September): 275 euros / 190 (pounds sterling) per week.
Low Season: 250 euros / 170 (pounds sterling) per week.
Long term rentals:
